Until then, your booking remains provisional.

Your retreat fee includes:
- Accommodation for the duration of the retreat
- All retreat sessions and activities
- Meals and refreshments as described in the retreat information

Dietary Requirements
We’re happy to cater for most dietary requirements where these are notified in advance.
Please let us know of any allergies or special dietary needs when completing your booking form.
Health & Wellbeing
If you have any medical conditions, mobility requirements or other needs that may affect your participation, please let us know before your booking is confirmed.
This allows us to discuss whether the retreat is suitable for your circumstances and whether we can reasonably accommodate your needs.
Participation
Our retreats are designed to be enjoyable, thoughtful and inclusive.
Participation in any activity is entirely voluntary, and you are free to opt out of any session if you wish.
Guests are expected to behave with courtesy and consideration towards other participants throughout the retreat.
Respect for Privacy
We ask all guests to respect the privacy and confidentiality of fellow participants.
Personal stories and experiences shared during the retreat should remain confidential unless explicit permission has been given to share them elsewhere.
Photography
From time to time we may take photographs of the retreat for future publicity.
We will always seek permission before using any identifiable photographs of guests.
If you would prefer not to appear in photographs, simply let us know.
Travel
Guests are responsible for making their own travel arrangements to and from Arran.
As ferry services can occasionally be affected by weather or operational issues, we recommend allowing sufficient flexibility in your travel plans.
Changes to the Programme
While every effort is made to deliver the retreat as advertised, Isle of Souls reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the programme, timetable, facilitators or activities where necessary.
Any significant changes will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible.
Cancellation
Please refer to our separate Cancellation Policy for details of refunds and cancellations.
Limitation of Liability
Guests remain responsible for their own health, wellbeing and personal belongings throughout the retreat.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where this would be unlawful under applicable law.
Governing Law
These Booking Terms & Conditions are governed by the law of Scotland.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
A Final Note
Our retreats are intentionally small, with a maximum of eight guests. We believe that taking time to speak with each guest before confirming a booking helps create the warm, welcoming atmosphere that is at the heart of Isle of Souls. If you have any questions at all before booking, we’d be delighted to hear from you.
